    My goal in photography is to capture life's moments and provide them as lasting memories for my clients. I love the photos that allow our spirits and personalities to shine!

Trey is one! … traci branscum ~ children’s portrait photographer ~ fenton, missouri

Sweet Trey turned one!   You might remember this little guy from his 9 month session here.    This little man was such a trooper as well as his family!  We originally had this session planned a couple of times in July but the St. Louis heat this summer didn’t cooperate much for an early evening session.  Finally we decided to go ahead and give it a try.   I am so glad we did!  

Trey is at the wonderful age of exploration.  Wants to see everything and get up close with it all.  Poor little man is also at the age of getting lots of new teeth.   However, he did wonderful and gave us some great big smiles!

We met up at Bee Tree Park for this session.   What a unique park we have here in St. Louis.  Beautiful building and flower gardens.  (not to mention a fountain that Trey was extremely interested in!)

Last it was time to get in some first birthday cake fun!  (yes, it was still a 100 degrees out at this time as well)  Trey really did wonderful at the session and was such a trooper!

Ben turns one!… traci branscum ~ children’s portrait photographer ~ fenton, mo

You might remember this little handsome guy from this post.  Mr. Grins and giggles himself turned one year old.   He is walking like a pro and babbling quite a bit.  Best of all he still has that adorably sweet smile.  We captured some family photos first while Mr Ben was all clean!  He loved being outdoors and cruising  with mom and dad!  He was full of smiles even in the extra warm temperatures we have had here in St. Louis.

Then it was on to the cake time.  Mom told me before hand that he didn’t seem to interested in his cake at his party earlier but we definitely wanted to give it try.  He seemed pretty excited at first to touch it.  However, once he realized it was messy he didn’t want more to do with it.  So we improvised and played around with the cake and still got wonderful photos of the special memory of his 1st birthday.

Mom ordered this cute little onesie from a local Etsy store store here in town as well.  My sweet friend Jen over at Swanky Shank custom makes adorable hipster clothing for boys and girls.   Definitely check her out and then of course schedule a session to have some photos made in the new digs.

So it was time to capture sweet little Karlie’s photos again.   This little girl went from crawling at our last session to already walking before her first birthday.  We met up at Faust Park in Chesterfield for this session.  This park has so many unique little areas to capture some great photos.  It also helped us keep moving and exploring to keep Miss Karlie happy.

Mom always has Miss Karlie dressed perfectly for her sessions with all the accessories to match like her little hair bows and super duper cute sandals.

I had the pleasure of meeting up with Miss Camille again.  Love my baby planner sessions and seeing how these little ones change so much every few months. 

Miss Camille just keeps getting sweeter and sweeter.  Her little smile melts my heart as I am sure it does her mom and dad’s.

I can’t believe she is 9 months old already and crawling!.  Thanks again M family for allowing me the opportunity to photograph your precious little girl.

I have been anxiously waiting to photograph these sweet girls since I heard their mommy was having twins.  See I was fortunate to photograph big sister a few times during her first year so couldn’t wait to meet her little sisters.  Well, you can imagine how busy life is with twins as well as 3 kiddos under 2 and under so it took us a while to get this session in….but so worth the wait as these girls are precious!!!

First up is the fabulous Big Sister Miss Claire…full of spunk and a great personality!

Sophia and Grace are just as adorable.  They both have their own unique personalities.

Mom and Dad are absolutely fabulous with these girls!  They work together and seem to read each other’s minds in reacting and taking care of them.

These are so great….magical how you can get such good ones despite crazily moving babies, a crabby 2 year old, and super-hot weather!!
Claire randomly told me later that week that she forgot her pink umbrella from Miss Traci!! I will have to make a trip to Hobby Lobby to get one for her, she loved it so much!

Theses pictures are ADORABLE! Of course, I am prejudice, since they are my granddaughters. However, I think the pictures are truly very good.
